Taproot Wellness is led by a team of experienced clinicians and trainers who share a deep commitment to helping individuals and organizations heal, grow, and sustain their work in the face of high stress and trauma. As founders, we bring complementary strengths, grounded in years of clinical practice, organizational consulting, and a shared belief that resilience is built through connection, intentional care, and embodied awareness. Together, we have created Taproot Wellness to be a space where practical tools, compassionate presence, and trauma-informed expertise come together to support lasting change—for people, teams, and the systems they serve.
